So the roof has almost been finished, unfortunately the materials have been sitting there for weeks with no one to put them up. The roofer finally turned up but alas has not finished the job completely. Most of the guttering is still not on so the water tanks cannot be connected.
Since the frame went up at Christmas time this is the only work that has happened at the site except for 11 posts for our verandah. I am starting to think the builder is not keeping his end of the deal! He has now missed two meetings on site with us and offers very average reasons as to why. We live 30 mins away from site and also need to take time off work to attend. So we are becoming very upset with his efforts as well.
